Description
A newly created position due to this organisation experiencing exciting growth. The focus of this role will be to review and improve processes across Accounts Payable and Receivable to engender change in efficiencies, productivity and profitability.
Managing a team of 9 direct reports across transactional areas, including Systems Administration, you will be able to demonstrate previous success in mentoring and developing people. You will also be able to illustrate how your ability to identify areas of process improvement, establish robust controls, and implement an efficient KPI framework has impacted on the performance of your current organisation. You will conduct a full review of existing systems and processes and instigate a plan to ensure systems are being utilised to maximise efficiency. You will be someone who thrives on continuous improvement; a good communicator and negotiator, able to convey ideas and their positive impacts to the wider business whilst managing the expectations of different stakeholders.
Ideally, a qualified accountant (CA/CPA), you will be able to demonstrate significant financial accounting acumen, have demonstrable man management skills and be able to deliver a change programme across a dynamic organisation. Experience of SUN would be an advantage.
